How can I place an order?

What sizes do you offer?
We offer standard sizes (S–L).
How long does it take to deliver my order?
- Local: 7 business days after order confirmation
- International: 2–3 weeks for production plus delivery time

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide through trusted courier partners like DHL or FedEx.
Delivery time varies by country (14-20 business days). Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website.
What is your exchange and return policy?
- Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for unused items with original tags.
- Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect products if a replacement isn’t available.
- Custom, made-to-measure, or sale items are non-returnable.
