1. Eligibility for Exchange
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to exchange.
- Exchanges are only accepted for size issues or defective items.
- Custom-made, altered, or made-to-measure pieces are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
- Email us at zegullclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning your Order Number and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of approval.
- Upon inspection, we will dispatch your replacement within 8-9 business days, subject to availability.
Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size orders.
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product received is defective or incorrect, and
- No replacement is available.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10–15 working days after inspection and approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-measure pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories or add-ons
- Items without original tags or packaging
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Notify us immediately at zegullclothing@gmail.com with photos or videos of the defect.
- Our team will assess and offer an exchange or refund as per our policy.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing or production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
